The ground rules for using OneTok Media’s website and applying for opportunities.

Separate written agreements govern paid campaigns, representation, content licensing, and brand services. An application or inquiry does not itself create an agency, employment, or campaign agreement.
Creator applications are for people aged 18 or older. Our TikTok One US criteria include a US account, at least 50,000 followers, and content experience. UK criteria include a UK account, at least 1,000 followers, and content experience. Trybe selection focuses on UGC experience rather than follower count. These are OneTok Media’s application criteria. Platform rules and individual campaign requirements also apply. Provide accurate information and only submit information you are entitled to share.
Our team reviews applications. Meeting the criteria does not guarantee approval, an invitation, campaign access, or earnings. Approved TikTok creators receive the appropriate private Discord invitation; approved Trybe creators receive an introduction and pairing link. Do not publish or redistribute private invitations without permission.
Any fees, revenue share, deliverables, deadlines, product samples, content usage rights, cancellation terms, and payment arrangements must be agreed for the relevant campaign. This website does not process payments or sell subscriptions. Figures shown describe approximate historical activity reported by OneTok Media, not a promise of your future results.
You retain rights in the content you own. Sending a portfolio link permits us to view it for application review; it does not transfer ownership or grant advertising usage rights. Do not copy or commercially reuse our website materials without permission, except where the law permits. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
Do not impersonate others, submit misleading information, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, or submit unlawful or infringing material. We may restrict abusive use or decline submissions that violate these terms, subject to applicable law.
TikTok, Trybe, Instagram, and Discord operate their own services under their own terms and privacy notices. OneTok Media does not operate those platforms. Platform references do not mean those companies own this website or guarantee any opportunity.
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors and interruptions can occur. Contact us if something looks wrong. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Specific commercial responsibilities should be addressed in the applicable written agreement.
